Mothers of Cosmetology Department students are invited to be guests in celebrating the Department’s Sixteenth Annual Mothers’ Day Celebration. The celebration will be held in the Cosmetology Department, beginning with a Coffee Hour at 9:00 AM. Students will then offer a variety of cosmetology services. At noon, a luncheon will be served to all guests.

Senior Jeffrey Golenski (Acushnet) has been selected as a recipient of the 2005 Comcast Leaders and Achievers Scholarship. This award, funded through The Comcast Foundation, recognizes high school seniors from Comcast communitites for commitment to community service, academics, and demonstrated leadership. To acknowledge these accomplishments, recipients receive a one-time grant of $1,000.

Old Colony Regional Vocational Technical High School recently completed the Servsafe Sanitation course offered by the National Restaurant Association to certify culinarions in the science of food service sanitation.
