The Culinary Arts program offers students a strong culinary foundation with real world experience. Students in the program work in all aspects of food preparation and service including the kitchen, bakery, and dinning management. They gain this experience by working in a full service restaurant call the Cougarโs Den which serves between 50-100 customers daily.
