The Culinary Arts program offers students a strong culinary foundation with real-world experience. Students in the program work in all aspects of food preparation and service including the kitchen, bakery, and dining management. They gain this experience by working in a full-service restaurant, the Cougar's Den, which serves between 50-100 customers daily.
