Student & Staff Off-Site/Field trip Lunch Order Form: This form is to be used by students who are working off-site or are attending a field trip and would like a lunch picked up the morning of. Please fill out for field trips at least 2 days before scheduled trip. If your field trip is on a Monday we will need the order by the Thursday before. It is okay to place the order the day before but we may not have all options available. All orders need to be picked up by account it will be charged to. No one will be able to use anyone else’s account.
