Notices for parents:
The following forms must be signed and returned to school as soon as possible:
- Student Insurance Form- must be signed & returned, whether electing coverage or not. (Updated form forthcoming)
- 2024-25 Student Handbook Signature page. After reviewing the handbook, the signature page must be signed by both the parent/guardian and the student and returned to school.
