On Tuesday March 15, 2016 three CIS students competed in the 3rd annual Junior Achievement Titan Challenge at UMASS Dartmouth. Throughout the day Ethan, Elijah, and Cody competed against students from 13 other area high schools using a business simulation program. As part of the event, each group of students was paired with a business mentor.

Parents class will be held on March 24th from 6-8pm at their New Bedford office located at 345 Union St. Call 508-994-4375 to sign up.   Next class session starts on Monday, April 11th from 5-8pm for 2 weeks. Old Colony hosted the 4th annual Frosty Runner Road Race on Saturday, January 23rd.  Despite the weather predictions (of a blizzard!), we hosted 127 people for the 10.5 mile run and the 5K walk/run.  Although the skies were gray and the winds fierce, the runners had a great time and stated that they look forward

Each year the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education recognizes and honors outstanding educators through various recognition programs. One way to recognize these educators is to nominate them to the Massachusetts Teacher of the Year program.  Anyone (students, colleagues, parents, supervisors, community members) may nominate teachers to the program. Anyone may submit a nomination
