Old Colony is pleased to announce that Acushnet seniors James Richard and Jason Gifford have qualified for the “hands-on” portion of the Ford/AAA Student Auto Skills Competition. On May 15, 2007, the competition will be conducted at Universal Technical Institute. The two Old Colony seniors will compete with pairs of students from the following schools:

- Pathfinder Voc Tech
- Nashoba Valley Voc Tech
- South Shore Voc Tech
- Smith Voc Tech
- Blackstone Valley Voc Tech
- Worcester Voc H.S.
