Four Health Careers students (graduated 2006 seniors) from Old Colony recently received certification as CVS Pharmacy Technicians. The 100-hour certification program was initiated by Health Careers instructor, Eugenia Santos, and CVS employer Kimberly Scieska.
Students received in-house training and course study by the CVS representative. Additional hands-on training took place at CVS worksites. The CVS pharmaceutical component is part of the Health Careers curriculum frameworks.
