Two Old Colony students will be participating in the state’s annual Student Government Day. CIT seniors Stephen Bernat (Acushnet) and Alexander Amaral (Acushnet) will be representing Old Colony on April 7th at the State House in Boston, MA.

Students from schools throughout Massachusetts are selected to run the Commonwealth for one day. The purpose of the program is to give students a hands-on approach to learning about our state government. The Student Government Day is coordinated by the Massachusetts Department of Education.
