Old Colony is working with the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) to collect information on how we help parents be involved in their children’s education.  Parents from school districts throughout the State are completing this same survey.  The DESE has contracted with ICF Macro and Ashton Associates to program and administer this online survey to monitor the data collection process and to ensure the confidentiality of the survey results.

We encourage you to complete the questionnaire to provide us with your valuable responses.  Your answers to the survey are very important to us as they will help us identify how well we are partnering with parents, helping students to transition from grade to grade and to adult life, and providing training for families in areas of interest.  You can find the survey online at http://www.MAparent1.com until March 29, 2013.
