EMPLOYEMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDENTS

We are excited to start planning for our 2026 Cape Cod Polar Express Christmas Train Season (PEX), Please help us spread the word, we hire parking attendants, gift shop staff, will call agents, galley crew, cleaners, Santas and of course elves, lots of high school age elves!

If interested, come to our Job Fair this Friday Sept 18 from 6-8 PM at Buzzards Bay Depot at 70 Main St. Buzzards Bay to Apply and Interview. Bring your driver’s license and/or student ID; plan on staying 30 minutes.

If you are in school: Please try to bring a Letter of Recommendation from a current or last year’s Teacher, and your driver’s license or school ID to our Job Fair.

If you are no longer in school, please bring the names and phone #s of 2 work references, as well as your driver’s license.

Please Note:

• Staff must be 14 years old or older and have reliable transportation to/from Buzzards Bay
• Staff may be asked to report TWO HOURS prior to Train start times and work all shifts that day (we respect school end time)
• Drug and alcohol use before or during any shift is prohibited

Our schedule for 2026 is:

9/18 – PEX Job Fair 6-8 PM at Buzzards Bay Depot at 70 Main St. and

9/26 – PEX Job Fair 10 AM – 2 PM at Buzzards Bay Depot at 70 Main St.

11/1 – Mandatory Safety Training and Orientation sessions

11/7 through 11/10 – Training for PEX Elves and Chefs

11/20 – 12/23: Polar Express Trains run, 1-2 trips per day; 3 trips per weekend day
