Alexandra’s Too in Fall River, MA is looking for outgoing, motivated individuals (ages 16+) who have a passion for fashion and enjoy working with others. This is a fantastic opportunity for students to gain real-world experience in the fashion industry while being part of a fun, supportive team.
Prom season is one of the most exciting times in our store. Our stylists work side by side in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, helping customers find the perfect dress for one of the biggest nights of their year. Along the way, students build skills that will serve them in college and any future career, including:
• Teamwork: Our stylists rely on each other every shift, covering dressing rooms, sharing ideas, and celebrating each other’s wins.
• Communication: Students learn to listen carefully, ask the right questions, and speak confidently with customers and their families.
• Collaboration and problem-solving: When the store is busy, our team works together to keep things running smoothly and make sure every customer feels taken care of.
• Confidence and responsibility: Many of our stylists tell us this job helped them grow more comfortable speaking with new people and handling real responsibility.
