Each form is for the entire week of lunches so we can plan accordingly.  There is an opportunity to opt out of a day(s) if you are not interested in what we offer or will not be in school.

If something changes and you will not be in school or getting lunch on a day you have ordered one please call 508-763-8011 ext.114 or email me at candrade@oldoclony.us before 8:00 on the day it is scheduled.   If a lunch that is ordered is not picked up by the end of all lunch services a $2.75 charge will be applied towards your account. (So please let us know as soon as you know)
