Today, the senior Computer Science students visited the Onset Fire Department to unveil its new website. Throughout the year, students had been developing a new WordPress site for the fire department. The students presented not only the new website, but also provided basic training in how to update and maintain the site.

Starting in September, the seniors had been working with John Gordon and Fire Chief Raymond Goodwin to create a new, easier-to-use site. According to Mr. Gordon, the difference between the maintenance of their old site and this new site is “night and day”. The seniors will now make some small changes and make the website live prior to graduation.
