The PSAT/NMSQT is a preliminary practice version of the SAT which is generally required for acceptance into many 4 year colleges. The PSAT has been scheduled to be administered during the school day at Old Colony on Wednesday, October 19, 2016. Any current sophomore or junior student is eligible to take this test. The cost of the test is $15.00. Cash, checks, or money orders (made out Old Colony RVTHS) will be accepted. Fee waivers are available in the guidance office for juniors (Class of 2018) who receive free/reduced lunch. Any student who is interested in taking the test should sign up in the guidance office. PSAT/NMSQT and SAT’s are NOT required for students who are interested in pursuing a degree at Bristol Community College or any other community college.
