Old Colony Regional Vocational Technical High School participated in the annual SkillsUSA Fall State Leadership Conference on November 23-25, 2014. This annual event was held at the Best Western Hotel & conference center in Marlborough Massachusetts.
Ten of our students participated in the leadership training this year.

The students participated in intense leadership training in group dynamics, employability skills, and communication skills. They each earned their SkillsUSA Massachusetts leadership award pin & certificate. Our students were divided into seven groups and additional subgroups with various students from other Massachusetts technical schools. The students participated in an opening ceremony, a talent show/dance, two days of leadership training, competition among the seven groups and a closing/awards ceremony.
Thomas Smith and Chad Underhill both participated in a community service project at the YMCA in Hopkinton.
