Computer Information Technology senior Jade Worthington has been selected for recognition in the annual 2009 Prudential Spirit of Community Awards Program. Sponsored by Prudential Financial and the National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP), the awards recognize outstanding community service by young Americans.

Jade was recognized for participating in the National Honor Society’s Meals-on-Wheels Program. A Certificate of Merit will be presented to Jade at the January 2009 District School Committee meeting.
