Mrs. Herrmann makes Locks of Love donation

– (2/16/05)
Locks of Love, an organization that provides wigs for children and others who have lost their hair due to medical treatments, was the recipient of 12 inches of English teacher Mrs. Deborah Herrmann’s hair recently. Karissa Weigel from Cosmetology did the honors on February 16, 2005. She measured and cut the required 10 inches and then styled Mrs. Herrmann’s hair by giving her a layered look. Heather Cardinal and Brandon Duarte video taped the event using the school’s new digital video camera. After the video is edited, Mrs. Herrmann will sent it to a firm in New York who is making a documentary about donors to the Locks of Love program.
